Minutes of the Toynton St Peter Parish Council Meeting held on Thursday 20th July 2023 commencing at 7pm at Toynton Village Hall, Eastville Road, Toynton St Peter

PUBLIC FORUM
There were no members of the public present to ask any questions or make short statements during the time allocated.
1. REMARKS BY CHAIRMAN
Cllr Gurney welcomed everyone to the meeting and addressed that she would like it noted that she has a concern with the speeding of vehicles in the parish.
2. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE AND REASONS GIVEN
Cllr Dowling had forwarded his apologies for absence of which the Parish Councillors were aware of the reason for not attending of which it was resolved to accept this explanation.
3. TO RECEIVE ANY DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LOCALISM ACT 2011, AND TO CONSIDER ANY APPLICATIONS FOR DISPENSATIONS IN RELATION TO DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS
No declarations of interest were received.
4. NOTES OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY 18th MAY 2023 TO BE APPROVED AS THE MINUTES
It was proposed by Cllr Elliott, seconded by Cllr Kale, and resolved to accept these notes as a true and accurate record and thereby signed by the Chairman.
5. OUTSIDE BODIES REPORT
No apologies have been received from either ELDC Cllr Taylor or LCC Cllr Bowkett
The Police.uk website had no updated information.
6. FINANCIAL MATTERS
a. Financial Report
Since the last meeting a Direct Debit Payment to ICO in relation to the Data Protection Fee of £35 has been paid therefore the balance of the Treasury Account before any payments are made is £7786.57.

It was proposed by Cllr Kale, seconded by Cllr Elliott and resolved that these payments should be made.
c. Grant application from Toynton Brownies
The grant application from Toynton Brownies had not been received for discussion prior to this meeting.
7. PLANNING
a. Discuss all planning applications currently being reviewed for consultation
Since the last meeting no planning applications have been received to be reviewed.
b. Report on any information received regarding Planning Applications
No information has been received relating to any Planning Applications.
c. Enforcement order EC/186/00443/22 – Forge Barn, Eastville Road, Toynton St Peter
On chasing the Enforcement Department at ELDC no correspondence has been received relating to this matter.
8. HIGHWAYS
Road markings are still missing since Eastville Road was resurfaced back in 2021.
Main concern is still the major pothole near Maple Farm that has been there now for several years.

There were no matters discussed.
