The Annual Toynton St Peter Parish Council Meeting will be held at Toynton Village Hall on Thursday 23rd May 2024 commencing immediately after the Annual Toynton St Peter Parish Council meeting at 7pm.  The business to be dealt with is listed in the agendas below

Members of the public and press are welcome to attend

Item 4 is for the public forum for a maximum of 15 minutes where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Parish Council.  Item 5 a small, allocated time will be set aside to receive reports from elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council, East Lindsey District Council and other outside bodies.

1.    To elect a Chairman for the forthcoming financial year 
2.    To receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office of Chairman to Toynton St Peter Parish Council 2024/2025
3.     To elect a Vice-Chairman for the forthcoming year 
4.    Public Forum

To resolve to suspend the meeting for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the Council
5.    Report from any Outside Bodies 
To receive any information from ELDC and/or LCC Councillor 
6.    To consider any application for co-option to vacancies of Parish Councillors
7.    Remarks by Chairman
8.     Apologies for absence and reasons given 

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence has been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
9.     To receive any Declarations of Interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.

11.     Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) 2023/2024
a.    To approve the Annual Governance Statement (Section 1 of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) for financial year 2023/2024 and authorise signing by Chairman and Responsible Financial Officer
b.    To approve the Accounting Statement (Section 2 of the AGAR) for financial year 2023/2024 and authorise signing by the Chairman and Parish Clerk
c.    To approve the Certificate of Exemption (of AGAR Form 2) for financial year 2023/2024 and authorise signing by Chairman and Responsible Financial Officer
12.    To approve renewal of Parish Council Insurance

b.    To approve payments to be made
14.    Planning
a.    Discuss any planning applications currently being reviewed for consultation
b.    Report on any information received regarding Planning Applications
